# Cinematic modality image notices

These are independent public scientific examples. They are not a clinical case, a developmental time series, or registered images from one individual. The cinematic's life-course transitions do not claim that any of these images depict that sequence.

## histology.webp

**Skin histology, H&E, 10×.** Real hematoxylin-and-eosin stained skin tissue showing epidermis, dermis and a benign intradermal nevus. Original author **Kilbad** released the image to the public domain. The distributed 1280×960 scikit-image sample was resized to 1024×768 and converted to WebP. No diagnostic processing was performed.

## microscopy.webp

**Fluorescence microscopy, membranes and nuclei.** Source: **Allen Institute for Cell Science**, distributed as `cells3d.tif` by scikit-image under **CC0 1.0 Universal**. The official data manifest explicitly records CC0 for this file. This display is the maximum-intensity projection through 60 acquired planes, with channelwise percentile windowing and cyan-green membrane / magenta nuclear pseudocolors. The source has two measured channels; display colors do not imply additional biological measurements.

Exact derivations, dimensions, byte sizes and SHA-256 hashes are recorded in `modality-sources.json`. No identifiers are visible in inspected image pixels. Source image metadata was not carried into these WebP derivatives.
